I reserve an appointment, they call me 3 days before the appointment. I can't answer since I was in a meeting. So they directly cancel the appointment. I call them to rebook and they tell me it's not available anymore. Unbelievably time wasting policy. I would avoid this hospital whenever possible.

I absolutely hate the authentication process in your apps (previous and current version). Lengthy and annoying process honestly.. even my bank apps just accept finger authentication without any further authentication such as SMS or WhatsApp ... Please simply it, the app is great but this issue makes it annoying to use

There is a bug with reminders. Whenever you select add reminder, it puts a reminder on the Google calender a day before the actual appointment date. Have to keep adjusting.

Easy to book an appointment, all data's and history can be easily found. I hope it's the doctors where you want to book an appointment, you can just choose a department as well and see the doctors in that department. Have to Google it or check on the website separately as we can only choose clinics and doctor's name..

Not user friendly 1. can't see the available appointment easily if we have many family members and many appointments it is not easy to see & Time shows in countdown formate not actual time 2. We are unable to pin our preferred doctors so it makes us to waste our time every single time. 3. Every single time it ask to login and can't access easily (Since it is in our mobile it can be logged in always). this is not a Bank application to be so safe 4.

Good app but needs a lot of improvement Insurance ID update for new card is not working and there are no instructions of how to do it Also with every software update the medical history and results is lost and not visible on the app. It happened to me twice !!!
