They show there is no power outage in your area when there is actually a power cut. Even the helpline number doesn't respond. Many times it cancels my complaint claiming that the information is wrong. Worst experience ever.

What's the point of this app when it never updates the information? Even after filing the complaints there is hardly any updates. No information is updated regarding power cuts on the app and the reason as to why electricity is off. Completely useless app.

What is the purpose of this app ? they register complaints but they don't do anything about it..or follow up on that particular complaint. Eventually you have to visit their office... Which is equally inefficient just like this app! Worst app ever and even worse is the pspcl !

It's an amazing app...i can easily pay my bil through it and the best part is i can complaint if there's any problem related to supply...it's so simple...i can submit my complaint on app and they will solve the problem...no need to call them... Imagine without calling they work on our complaints...great work pspcl... Thanks for your service

Service is extremely poor. If we send any mail or call , no one respond. There is no advantage of such app when no one is eager to sort out of the consumer's problem. Very pathetic....

Only received massage after registration of complaint,no one solve problems.light is gone from 10 hrs and nobody solve,onle message appear work in progress, Work is progress from night 10 pm to 8 am and continue progress..but electricity not comes. Use less application,fake application, this is only for make full to people.

Upgrade version is not good not able to enter. The otp in the app but complaint will just send you the utube vedio. Anyone having problem try to reinstall the app, problem will be solved
