Does this app save the conversion so it can be pulled up for future reference? And the fist post i read was a post from a norther app. So you are using bots or you have people writing False reviews. Did you really think they write reviews for one app? The names different but the review was word from word the same except Olelo. The other app was Call Recorder. Both were the same reviews. Thats a bot or someone spamming 5 star reviews for apps and i know hes not doing it for free.

After downloading and using app my identity was stolen. In the process of changing all my information and trying to undo the damage done. Be very care of apps that ask for your social and personal information. Do not send me a generic response saying the app is safe, which is how you responded to everyone else, taking advantage of hard of hearing and elderly people is unforgivable.

It would be really nice if a real person captioned the conversation because the app types the wrong words or sentences that don't make sense. Speech recognition isn't the best way to communicate. Also, they need to have a way for us to block phone numbers instead of making us email you and ask you to block a number for us.

It is a big bunch of misunderstandings you can't seem to get the the code of the text the text the code it's ridiculous it needs a tune-up it works good once you get it going but you got it takes you two hours to get it going I'm done I don't ever want to see it on my phone again I'll find something else I don't know I'll just use a pencil and paper

Just discovered this app and it's impact on my life will be significant. I lost what remaining hearing I had 8 years ago and 2 years before that I could no longer use the phone for communicating. No longer will I need to rely on others to make necessary phone calls for me. I will no longer need to drive somewhere to make an appointment. I called my sister with it and she cried she was so happy to hear my voice over the phone. Thank you for developing this app!

So relieved and happy that there is an app like this. I am now deaf/hard of hearing(but mostly deaf, I can just hear like doors closing like car doors or something like that if it is within pretty close range to me, also loud dogs barking). I had perfect hearing all my life up until I had an embolic stroke about 4 years ago and lost mostly all of it (I can hear loud music but it hurts my ears too bad and I can hear if somebody is yelling next to me and that also hurts my ears pretty bad too).

Was never able to make even one call without ear shattering static. Covered up the callers voice, way too loud and out of control. I can't ask my dad to use this. He'll never want to call. Sorry uninstalled, twice, off two phones. And it could be the networks issue, doesn't matter. Still can't use it.

My Audiologist set up this app for me and it is really, really helpful! One problem I can't figure out is how to have it ring in my hearing aids AND on the phone itself. It won't do both. If I don't have my ears in, my wife can't hear the phone ring and tell me. Phone is Samsung A13 and ears are Phonak Audeo M50 - R. Can you help?

Very good app the captioning was excellent and i really enjoyed it. Kudos to the developers, but yeah i was hoping for more advanced.. and would give it 5 star if the app add up texting feature at least it would be great and more enjoyable then only calls
