Im using this service from the last one year. In my experience intimate matrimony was very beneficial to me. The main thing I noticed in intimate is having a large collection of profiles, which include most of the profiles, in all other matrimonies. Customer executives are very friendly to talk. They are really trying to resond quickly as much as possible. Total overall im satisfied.

I have an assisted membersgip plan, the cost is comparatively low. Their service and dedication is good. I'd give that a 5 star. The downside, as with any other matrimonial services, people of "low" profile won't find it helpful. They should try to implement a plan for drivers, mechanics, people of low income. They can also try to get more people to register from different communities, and different parts of Kerala. When I tried for my friends I couldn't find many matching profiles from nearby.

Don't fall in these type of worthless activity. They just need your money.. Matching profiles are very less. I just got 3 matching profiles.. after these 3 they didn't even reply to my querys.....NO proper follow up...Initially they will call you and contact you frequently.. once they feel, there is no progress , then they will stop giving replays to your querys .....

Good for nothing Update : Since you asked for the reason, here it is. The only thing you people are interested in is, getting the payment and once that is done, you will provide 2-3 profiles and then there is no contact till the next payment date. Just another money minded app, and half of the profiles featured are of people who are already married. Inactive for months or years. Waste of money and time.

I tried many matrimony services. Most of them practicing same method of just sending some profiles. Intimate feels gud. This team is not professional like chavara or kerala matrimony. But Assisted service is their cup of tea. It shows a satisfactory work culture. No other great activities, but simple mediator service. We felt their communication method is simple and accurate. Dont try them for high end financial profiles. Most of the profiles are from middle class or bellow middle class.

The worst app ever! Can't even edit my own bio without needing to verify by them. Not even a spelling mistake couldn't change. Everytime I want to edit my bio, it shows pending and need to verify.

To be honest very poor service . They will call you at night to get membership . Once it's paid they won't even call you . They don't even care . There were few problems with the app but they didn't fixed . After two months and so many calls they fixed it . To me it's a very bad matrimonial app .
