Hfm do not reply me to contact support. 1. When i try to contact support all fail. 2. When u.s season i try deposit , need to wait until when? 3. Zero spread?or account pro only 1.3 spread...when i try to buy or sell its not same what i see at the bid price and ask price. 4. Withdrawl no problem very good plus excelent plus very fast. That all, i still use hfm just now

Hfm is not bad but however they must get thair support team issue sorted is really boring and stupid if i should say, while u get instant response from other brokers hfm has the worse support area it can be 2 to 3 days without response from them wow this is hectic... another thing crypto is 24/7 i wonder why crypto don't work on weekends, if really they want a competition then they must get this issues resolved, every weekend is their maintenance but is like nothing seams to work.

This app is the worst app ever. I made a deposit from my bitpay account about 12 hours ago. Transaction has already been confirmed in my bitpay account. But my account is yet to be funded. I regret signing up. Worse broker I've ever come across. Kindly refund my money if my account can't be credited. You guys never delayed in verifying my id. How come there is a delay in funding my account. I really regret signing up.

I regret ever choosing this broker I got my trade closed up automatically and you guys do everything to make sure your traders lost. I also join them affiliating and my commission stop coming after a few days. I think it's high time I let everyone know about this. You don't even deserve a star.
