Update. Оказывается, надо было тапнуть по рамке, чтобы сработал фокус. Явная недоработка, которую неплохо было бы устранить. Некорректно работает камера при попытке сфотографировать удостоверение личности. Нет фокуса на близком расстоянии, нормальное фото выходит с расстояния более 1 метра. В обоих случаях не видно лицо на уд. личности и приходит отказ в выпуске карты.

Попал на просрочку по кредитной карте, потому что оплата ежемесячного платежа в приложении не работает. При попытке оплатить, выходит уведомление, что "оплата кредита наличными временно недоступна, вы можете оплатить только кредит по карте и рассрочки". У меня второе, поэтому для меня оплата должна работать. Но после закрытия уведомления, приложение показывает бесконечную загрузку. Из-за этого я перевел деньги с дебетного счета на кредитный, но это не помогло, деньги не списались на оплату.
