Initially App was good, but working scan only on postpe merchants, which is disappointing. Cashback reduced to half for credit card bills. Once they stopped giving cashback, will stop using this app. So mind it.

Postpe has one of the worst recovery process. In case of any payment delay, the employees start randomly calling people from the user's contacts and talk with disrespect. This leads to humiliation among friends and relatives. When tried to escalate this issue, they denied. I would never recommend anyone to use this app.

Zero customer support if any thing goes wrong or resolving any issues I have been mailing them continuously but there is no response from them. They deduct the amount twice for emi and also won't update it in the app and will make you pay extra late fee and as userswe don't want to impact our credit score have to worry don't trust this app there is no proper response from their end

I haven't borrowed any money from this app, but I recently received calls from collection agents looking for someone with the same last name. They used offensive language and persistently contacted me from different phone numbers. I reported this issue to customer care through both email and phone calls, but it seemed they were not concerned about my complaint. It's evident from this experience that they may be misusing contact data and engaging in blackmail. Stay away, don't use.

CHEAP TRICKS BEWARE!! Read this before downloading. The app works only when you are repaying your dues. The moment you repay, the app stops working and if you try to use it again "upgrade in progress" message is displayed. Fraudulent app is used only to collect dues and not to service the customer. Better to avoid using this app. Customer executives will threaten for missing one day of repayment but no answer for app "upgrade in progress" message from them

This is very bad experience with this app as I'm using this apps last 3 years for bill payment but whatever cash back getting that you won't be able to use that just because of ineligible for postpe ammount ....and all your cash back money will automatically expire after 6 month. If a person is not eligible for your service then atleast allow them to use their cashback amount either bill payment or any other way. Thanks hope your team will analyze on this and short out the problem.

Worst app, even my CIBIL is very good, they did not give any credit line, I don't even have any negative impact in my CIBIL. They just take the permission to access ur phone and they don't approve u anything. It's just another fake application to collect your data and sell and make money
