Update 2022-01-08 : before it took a long time to load my files, and sometimes never did. now I get a message about a "segment analytics client ... assigned multiple times" - and it won't even start! truly worse with every new version

Terrible! Unable to upload files larger than 1gb. No step by step instructions. No thumbnails on files that are uploaded. Unable to download files to my phone from my cloud drive. Absolutely not worth a single dollar.

Purchased about three days ago. Constantly in a status of 'pending'. Have tried different folders and uninstalling. It is simply not a working app at all. I would like a refund please.

Horrible experience. Customer service totally a Sham. Cannot retreive Any Files. For weeks, support emails me (twice- they are slow as hell) with 'they're working on the issue', 'don't know what it could be', 'will fix in next update', etc. Don't waste your time or money on Internxt. Find another company. This one will not survive and shouldn't. I will end up losing all my files because it is only synching the same stuff. I am so disgusted that I would rate them Zero Stars if possible.

Very poor App is a clumsy mess. (Even creating a new folder took about 5 tries.) Low max upload - I couldn't see for certain because the app said "Max upload size is 1...". Come on, is this stuff really all that hard? (The answer is 'No, it isn't'.)

Has good potential but unfortunately certain files disappear after uploading. Tried several times the same thing kept happening. Where have these files gone? The basics need to work for this cloud service to be viable to use.

I uploaded a photo a year ago and now I can't open or download it. It's 70kb, how can a cloud service struggle with such a small file? Edit: Unfortunately I can't provide additional information because I deleted the file. It was inaccessible, I couldn't open or download it, there was no reason to keep it.

Terrible. Don't forget your password or everything gets deleted. Including the free space you previously earned. I would like to bill this company for my time wasted using it. Where can I send an invoice? Update: response to developer. What does any of your response have to do with LOSING EXTRA STORAGE SPACE I PREVIOUSLY EARNED? It doesnt.

4 stars while there is always room for improvement. Selection of multiple files is a must and should be implemented imo.
