    Don't even try the auto pay it's a waste of time. After a few months they will tell you that you've missed payments when you haven't and you'll be kicked off the Auto pay without knowing so you really are late on the next payment -5 stars

    Why are there no choices for payment dates? The only choice for date of payment when making a payment is the current date. There should be an option to choose your payment date. When I get my invoice I like to set up my payment right away so it's not late but I can't choose the date I want to process the payment. I'm paying a fee for a faulty process!

    Can't use this app because I get an error message when I try to register. A payment as a guest won't let you edit the payment date, and it charges $1.75 service fee. I am extremely disappointed in NIPSCO at this point. It isn't just the app, but their customer service too.

    The application is convenient. I initially did a rating and gave the app 4 stars instead of 5 due to the payment processing fee of $1.75. Now NIPSCO raised the payment processing fee to $2.00 so I am redoing this rating and giving 3 stars. Indiana/Michigan electric charges no processing fee for residential accounts. I do not like NIPSCO charging and now raising a payment processing fee.

    Nipsco has been very easy to navigate. I was able to schedule new service in minutes & now every month it hardly takes any time to manage my account with the app. Natural gas can be pricey, but at least the customer service has been painless! This is my first time using Nipsco, & I am very happy for the stress free start to our relationship!

    I enrolled in auto pay, and on the due date, Jan 30th, it didn't take it out so they charged me a late fee. I wait on hold an hour and 15 minutes to talk to a live agent and was told well my enrollment date was Jan 11th, if it was Jan 10th it would of made it in time for this month, so it's really not a nipsco problem, it'll take it out the next month. They wouldn't even waive the late fee. That is really pretty sad. Horrible customer service.

    Kinda like the app, very convenient. Paid my bill in a matter of seconds, got a confirmation number immediately. Saved on cost of going to a Currency Exchange or mailing the payment off. Glad Nipsco notified me of the app and truly happy I downloaded it.

    Second time it's happened when I have my bill set up on autopay through nispco and it doesn't attempt to pull. Charged a late fee for an error thats not my fault. Not worth my time to call over a few bucks late charge. Really annoyed.
