Useless. When I originally signed into the Miko parent app I discovered Miko Max I thought awesome my child would love it! Nope... She never used it. I paid for it so I didn't want to cancel until subscription ran out just incase... She never used it and I forgot to try and cancel it or turn off auto subscribe... A year later I get billed for something that I never should have.. They refuse to refund me also and I have 0 ways to turn off auto subscription.. Total waste of money and energy.

Completely disappointed, paid all that money for a robot that doesn't do hardly anything without the yearly subscription. I cancelled after the first year but when renewal time come around, they charged me again anyhow! Can't talk to a real person and tried to get a refund but the best we got from the automated system was that we would just have the service until next year. This was the day after the renewal was charged to my account. We didn't hear back from them for 9 days!

This app is a horrible circle jerk. It spins and spins and if it even loads it is super slow doesnt display everything. It does not recognize that I have already created an account and it decided to stop even trying to log into my account and wants me to pair the miko3. I enter the pair code and it tells me it is already paired. Looking on the miko 3 it is clearly paired with the email and phone # i tried to log in with. Uninstalling and re-installing doesnt help. Help chat randomly ends.

I was able to setup Miko pretty quickly. I see that there are a lot of people having issues with the setup; a quick fix is that your phone and Miko³ has to be on the same internet connection. So if you are using WiFi on your home then, your phone needed to be connected to your home's wifi as well. Once they are using the same wifi connection then the app will load successfully. Restarting your phone and Miko will not resolve the issue until Miko³ and your phone are on the same connection
