СДЕК взял и САМОСТОЯТЕЛЬНО отменил мой заказ. В какой-то момент позвонил курьер и сказал, что якобы неверно указан адрес. Сказал, что на самой посылке всё верно, а В ИХ ПРИЛОЖЕНИИ типа ошибка в адресе и поэтому он взял и вернул мой заказ на склад сдека. После этого СДЕК отменил мой заказ и он обратно поехал в Китай. Вы совсем ку-ку там уже??? звоню в поддержку, говорят что ничем помочь не можем извините. а деньги мне кто вернёт? И ещё совет: нанимайте курьеров, которые ЗНАЮТ русский язык.

Иногда заказы не приходят вовремя. Зачем заявлять время доставки, которое вы не можете выполнить? Это ломает людям планы и создаёт проблемы. UPD. Сотрудник на точке выдачи посог решить проблему.

Идиотизм полный. Пункты доступны по всему Еревану а в приложении для получения смс кода только выбрать Армению нельзя, его просто нету в списке.

Создал посылку как получатель. Маленькая посылка до 2х кг. Программа насчитала 900р, ну ладно, оплатил. Посылка дошла до пункта выдачи и мне ещё выставляет оплату 600р. Поддержка не смогла объяснить как так получается, что сначала одна цена и за что потом доплата.
