    My apartment is forcing this app onto its residences here at Folio West - may be my primary reason to move out. Service is pretty bad. You'll have to be the one to reach out to them and each time you do they completely forget your previous attempts you've reached out to them and you'll basically have to restart your claim (submit name, tracking number, proof of address sent to, etc.) Packages almost always get lost here and when arent they're always late!

    This app isnt useful. You don't need it to schedule a pkg. It is impossible to contact this company via the app. Their help email address bounces. You need to waste 5 minutes typing into a virtual assistant that is buggy to get a contact phone number (you can't see what you are typing). Then when you call nobody answers the phone. I have not had a problem yet with a missing package but I doubt they will help me when it happens. Be warned.

    Great service, but monitor your perishable packages. All my deliveries were on-time until it came to my GoodChop meat delivery. Suddenly, there were delays and a "mix-up." They found it the next day before my meat thawed, but only because I was off work and able to follow up with them. The manager was very nice and showed sincere concern... even offered to reimburse me because they "Lost" it. Very inconvenient and annoying. Otherwise, Great service for non-perishables.

    This isn't so much about the app as the company. Like other comments I'm forced to have this through my apartment. They have missed delivery times, tried to deliver during a time I didn't choose, do not communicate other than to tell you the package failed to be delivered. Poor customer service and just a real headache to deal with. If you are forced to use this but can afford to, do yourself a favor and find an alternative. Amazon locker, PO box, anything else. I am seriously so frustrated.

    This is a review for the service and the app. Both are trash, and if your property management company uses this (or if you're looking for an apartment and their property management company uses this) run away. Fetch is unreliable, uncommunicative, and does not respect the residents who are forced to use it, or their property. The app itself is pretty but overly simplistic and not user friendly; if the only way to get a concern addressed is through a topic tree, your app is trash.

    Fetch is the MOST AWFUL service I've ever been forced to use! Our complex forces us to use them as a part of the lease. 12.00 a month whether you like it or not! They tell you your package is on the way, and then 20 minutes after it was supposed to be delivered they text and say that no times are available for your delivery and tell you to reschedule or pick your package up from their warehouse! Three times this has happened to me. There needs to be a class action suit filed against them!

    No Benefits, A Lot of Problems. Biggest problem is lost packages! They say they are delivered, but fetch denies it. The other issue is now fast shipping is a waste of money, because Fetch won't always deliver same day. When I asked I was told they recieve too many packages to sort through all each day, which shows me they can't keep up. My apartments forced residents to use this service, and I stayed open minded but now that time has gone on Fetch just seems like a waste of time and money.

    This delivery service is been terrible. They constantly take multiple days to make your packages available for delivery after receiving them, miss their own very wide delivery windows for large items (4 hours during the workday), and constantly have to be reminded to do things such as resetting packages that failed to be delivered so that you can reschedule the delivery. Most of my packages have required sitting on hold for at least 30 mins and multiple missed delivery windows before I get them

    Actually ZERO stars. Can't even get set up. It sends me a text code. I enter it. Next page has 3 fields: City, Building, Unit Number. I type the first letter of my city "R" and the dropdown suggested cities are Charleston & Charlotte??? Then it doesn't allow me to add Building or Unit Number. Those fields are greyed out as is the Finish button. Can't go anywhere, not forward, not back. Can't imagine what a nightmare it's going to be trying to get packages delivered...
