I only got the app for wwe, and the 1 time a month I use it, it never works properly. It starts streaming and kicks me out the peacocks home page after a few minutes. Finding help us almost impossible. It happens on every device I try to use. I will be canceling this subscription.

Horrible streaming service. Doesn't work half the time. Updated to the download plan and even that wouldn't work. Very frustrating, because the shows they offer seem pretty neat. I have never had any problems with Amazon, Netflix or Hulu.

I keep getting double charged every month, the cost is $11.99 per month yet somehow I get charged that plus a $5 and a $6 extra charge and everytime I email peacock they tell me to wait for it to clear but it never gets fixed...I never get a reply back once it's posted. Been this way for almost a yr now, someone please help me

So many commercials, also worst UX ever, can someone please teach these people that first you should be able to pick the episode you're going to watch before a publicity starts. When you stop watching a show, you should be able to come back and continue watching it, not make us look for the episode all over again. If you choose the wrong episode and you change it, you have to watch another commercial. Every time you minimize the screen, it crashes. Dude, just hire someone from Netflix.

Don't subscribe to it on Google. There's no way to manage or modify your plan afterwords and Peacock's support will not help you. We've been pretty frustrated with the experience. They have a few nice shows on their platform, but it's not worth the hassle of a janky app on Google TV on top of poor support and billing options.

the navigation is slow, fix your back end support. can't tap, hold and choose options within the rows so I guess you're trying to be less than all the other streamers. can't wait to cancel this service.

Love the app- BUT I'm trying to watch My Brother's Keeper and the sound is not synced with the film and I would really like it if someone fixed that. It's not my job to report these things, so hopefully it doesn't keep happening and it gets resolved.

The most garbage apps. So slow! Everything else loads immediately. Peacock takes 3-4 minutes of 3 dots blinking to get anything. And why 2 apps? Why is NBC sports separate? And why do they make you jump back and forth? Everyone else makes it easy and combined what they can. But NBC can't figure it out. Morons.

For $12 a month you would think that the app would open in a normal fashion, videos would play and it wouldn't constantly freeze on the Roku. Hulu, Pluto, Netflix, take your pick they all work fine. Just decided to buy this and bought the ad-free premium and immediately regret it, You'll only get one month from me but maybe hire some better developers? Just keeps getting worse. Clearly another Google scam every review is bad but the rating is great.
