Worst service ever. Before departing from office we informed driver well in advance that NH48 is closed and to take alternate route via bhiwandi bypass but driver was asked to follow same route of NH48 and we took around 8 hours to reach Vasai and this is midnight hours. Not sure why alternate route was not taken instead of harassing us for 8 hours. I wouldn't have given even 1 star here.
