Already sent multiple emails no reply. APP IS A SCAM. DO NOT DOWNLOAD. 5 emails, no responses. They tell you to contact them on their support email on all their negative reviews but don't actually respond to them. I made a mistake and subscribed once for the free trial but accidently subscribed the second time after I unsubscribed the first one, thinking my free trial would still continue but they charged my card for the package.

I wish that I could post pictures to show you how MONSTROUS my results are and besides the results the customer service is absolutely horrible more than horrible it's almost non-existent. I wanted to upgrade but it's probably a blessing that something went wrong on their end. Can't get ANYONE TO HELP ME! My results looks like SLOTH from the 1985film GOONIES OR it's a gigantic version of me at best. At this point I'd just be happy to have my money back and walk away and go back to my old ai app.
