I turned off the auto recharge before I lost my sim but I still got charged. Contacted customer care then they said i never turned it off before. Wth? I tried to log in to check and yes it is turned off. I got charged for nothing. If you are using Lebara, just simply removed your card. Dont leave it in your app

I always recharged my phone plan regularly but having internet outrage 4 days ago. I called to Lebara's centre told them about the problem happened and they said they are upgrading the internet at my area until 8 December and they can't do anything to fix the problem. So Lebara going to waste my half month money without internet data.

Horrible service, contacted custom support 4 times with no response, haven't changed my number from old Sim in 5 weeks and still haven't gotten my data or calls even though my Sim card is active so it's using the time up, ALSO the Lebara app set a random 6 digit code that I myself didn't set so I can't even access the app nor can I reset the password because my phone number hasn't been transfered over yet

Edit 2, To Lebara Dev I've found this app to be okay I like the graphics it's easy access and does what it's supposed too ppl who complain about their phone dropping out it's happening to all companies not only one. Thank Dev pls keep the updates coming

Simple, bit slow, doesn't link families phone numbers for easy access, insists each phone number be typed in (can't paste, won't remember, can't save)

This app a joke i tryed Port me number connet to the net work plus get my extra Gigbytes this is such a Pain for experiences Im really upset not conneting plus its not Even scaning my sim plus doesnt even recognize its own network....bloody hell More time i have to put in connect i should when else were...i can see problems in the future FMD

App contains misleading information, Data only is not an add-on to phone plan it deletes your phone access. Customer service promised refund that never happened. App deletes PayPal data if you choose more data.

To active a new SIM card this app is completely useless. At the end you have to either enter to the website or call customer service. It has happened to me with 3 different new SIM cards.

Cannot use the "paste" function when logging in. I have to literally write down the phone number and password onto a piece of paper and then manually enter it to log in.
