Very smart and informative, not just acting as a silent background application. It gives periodic red alerts for major scams, email vulnerabilities to avoid, and first response type of ai which seems to know which devices may be affected by certain vulnerabilities. Not only does the app inform you of what is going on, but it also seems to do a good job of giving me an idea, in laments terms, a sort of thesis on the vulnerability and how to alert others. Not bad.

This app is horrible. When I'm typing, the message box is hidden under the keyboard soni can't see what I'm writing... Scrolling also doesn't work properly. The bugs are so distracting that I can't see having a reasonable experience with whoever is helping me. I had to quit the conversation mostly because of that nonsense. Verizon: if you're reading this, I chose to go to a Verizon store to deal with my issue instead because it is too painful to use the app.

As a 71 year old never having had a smartphone, it has been a difficult transition for me to pick up this Android and learn how to be friends with it. I am very glad that Tech Coach can help me when I have questions or am mystified as to what is happening & why. With a tap of the app, I am immediately in touch with someone who can answer my questions right away. Excellent service, everytime I have contacted Tech Coach. Great app to help learn a new phone!

The tech coach was very confusing in his/her directions. I was switched to one Rep after another. I felt like I was getting the run around. If there is another app available to troubleshoot my problems I'm going to try it. I just had a very unsatisfactory experience with Bijon. When I asked if I could give a review of my experience, I was told they were given randomly. I wasn't told I could write a review here.

Once again, Verizon's tech coach came up short. I had two issues that Verizon's customer service couldn't help with. So I thought I'd try this app again. After a frustratingly long wait and too long trouble shooting, the first issue got resolved. The second one never did. I still have it. Guess I'll have to just live with it. Thanks for nuthin'...

Helpful chat and it worked. Just frustrated that Talk back feature was activated without me knowing it. I suppose the talk back feature may be helpful for some but for me was very difficult to navigate in. Could not for the life of me get to Settings. Also difficult to navigate to Tech Coach. Actually tried so many ways to get to Tech coach thst i can't remember how i finally did it.

Super good experience - she was patient, knowledgeable, kind and efficient. Tech related issues are hard for me as I am older and did not grow up with computers etc. I was getting more frustrated by the minute until I had sense enough to use tech coach!My tech coach took care of my needs in a flash. She was great. I have used Tech Coach in the past and it has always been a positive experience! Thanks for being there for your customers!

The Tech Coach app is extremely helpful! I highly recommend it for anyone having an issue on their phone. Answered all my questions and more importantly resolved all my issues. I wanted to back up tons of pics and text messages to the cloud and transfer all my info to my new cell, my Tech Coaches Nate and Josh patienly walked me thru each step. They even managed to retrive a very important voice message that I was sure was lost. Get the App, you wont be sorry!

Verizon keeps trying to have people use the texting feature and not call in. I tried that once and it was harder to explain my problem using text, the tech coach person connected with my phone did a couple of things and real quick to the point I didn't see what they did answered if the problem was solved and disconnected from my phone and left the text chat without asking me if I saw the problem was really solved or not.
