Nothing but problems with initial set up. Got set up but device Air sense! Just kept resetting to 72 hours. Still a week on and doesn't give co2 level or TVOCs. Customer service doesn't answer emails.

Finally got my Gen 3 Oil heater to connect, but the Gen 2 refuses to connect to the app, so it's now a dumb heater that has to be controlled manually. Spent over 4 hours trying everything I could think of, but no joy. Steer well clear of this company, their "smart" products are anything but!

Never in my life buying another Mill device. The app is broken and it just stays on "Searching for device" message when trying to add Gen 3 wall heater. Have tries several times, none of my heaters connect to the app.

The app was never good, but now it is totally useless. Can not turn on or off - can not set temperature - nothing works. This is not funny when it is - 15 celcius outside. It does not seem that mills will even answer their customers. Worst app ever !!!

This used to work perfectly. Since the new version I can barely connect to my two 3rd gen Mill panels. Very frustrating. I'd be happy to use the old app.
