An awful app for an awful company. Forced to use it by so many organisers and now it won't even go past the welcome screen. This company has no redeeming qualities and can't even get it's poor basic tech to work.

Please release a new version of this app where you have actually bothered to QA it. Next button doesn't work so nobody can access the app. How does a company that makes this much money not have a decent app for already purchased goods. Maybe worth investing some money into a development team.

Sign in doesn't work. Generic error, check your internet connection. The app asks for permission to track every aspect of your life to just act as a digital ticket. Lots of complaints and no action.

i can't even log in.. when the app opens it doesn't respond to any buttons being pressed afterwards. i've cleared cache, uninstalled and reinstalled and still nothing.

Tried to book tickets through the app, kept saying there are none available matching my request... just any 2 tickets for Becky Hill. Went to the website and there were loads left, bought them no problem.
