The old app was much better it had more information and better to use. This new app doesn't tell you which gym you have visited the most until your emailed stating you've gone above your home gym to other gyms usuage. Absolutely no idea why they made this app so terrible. Bring back the original app

I have tried on two occasions to freeze my membership for a holiday i take once a year. In 2022 i went away for 22 days and app for freezing membership said error on server and low be hold when i got back was not given any form off a refund for paying in full for my membership. December 2023 same issue. so i cancelled my membership because i was away for 37 days. And same issues no refund of free jym time given for paying extra funds to the jym group. And was told i must pay a £10 joining fee

A very welcoming, friendly and clean environment. I was a complete gym virgin who was scared of entering any gym. 12 months on I don't know what I'd do without the gym, the staff here have made me feel relaxed and accepted. Most of the other gym goers are all friendly and don't stare, give good advice or simply do their own thing and leave. It's a spacious place with plenty of equipment and the staff are approachable and also run amazing classes.

The handforth gym is a decent space with a good selection of equipment. However the app doesn't work, the QR code doesn't work for me and staff seem unable to resolve this issue.

The Gym Reading Wes branch I gave this rate as to credit with all the gym Instructors for their dedication & effort for every class they do. My favourite classes are kettle bell, abs, dance fit & combat...its the heat & fun that I love

1 star is for existing and the other is for being a gym. How the hell are you lot locking my membership when I had a couple days left, I know I cancelled 4+ days prior but you guys told me to otherwise the membership would continue. Also don't pay £4 extra for yanga water cause you'll get no yanga. You pay for unlimited and you get limited acces to gyms (only 4 max). The gym equipment is simple, nice and clean so it'll do for some. Pure Gym anyday though

In the few minutes I had it installed, it made 979 tracking attempts according to Duck Duck Go. Couldn't tell me any useful information without giving it full access to my precise location and other tracking, despite manual selection of gym location. I'll stick with browser access and keypad entry and taking my chances with how busy the gym might be thanks. ☹️

I like that you can see how many people are in the gym, but the app itself is so glitchy. Closes down when you're trying to look through things & makes you log in with your email and pin very frequently
