Love it! Does exactly what it claims. Love going paperless. Have had it for almost two years. Did my research on many, many apps, this is well worth the $15/month! Saw where someone said you have to use their cc processing company, that's not True. I use an unrelated app to process cards.

My clients love the app reminder they felt important. There were some issues with going back and forth to book appointments if you are not looking at the date range. My only request is the time slots be extended beyond 5pm....it looks weird that it off the schedule. Not sure if this feature changes once you pay for it. I've been using the free version so far. I'm not sure what comes with the paid version as well. Can someone clear that up?

So far is already have two fixes... hold down slot you'd like to select instead of having to go bk to the menu to add a new appt. And also be able to delete a duplicate picture in the catalog.

For $15 a month there is no reason the developers don't set up a server to host user data and allow synchronization over multiple devices without the clunky dropbox account. Uploading and downloading on every device to keep them synced is a serious hastle. You have to be extremely careful not to create appointments or make changes in multiple devices before syncing, otherwise you will lose some data. Additionally, you have to manually open the app and send email or text message reminders everyday. This process could easily be automated. Text message reminders are sent as SMS instead of MMS, so they come in three or four messages, which can be received out of order and cause confusion. The Point of Sale system does not process credit card payments, it only tracks your payment history. It seems silly to go through a point of sale system, and then have to open an additional point of sale system (square, paypal, etc) to process the credit card. The things this app does are nice, and if you only have one device to keep track of it works fine. But, this app could be so much better.
