My switch to block text from emails keeps switching off. Everytime I turn it on either it pops up with a "we hit a snag" bubble or it switches itself back off 5 min later....

Mrhese apps are always I'm pressing me keep up the good work at&t .. now if you can get some to fix the online app so when we go to pay our bill orshop for new elelectronics. It doesn't take us a half hour to get to where we news ro be the other say I went to order new tv service it took me 4hrs to get it ordered on line and wound up with two Acounts

I keep getting this annoying message when I try to block a number: "We couldn't complete your request, let's try again." I will give it more stars when that annoying message goes away. I prefer the older version. I increased it to 3 stars because I have seen some improvements. Now, orn the Identity Monitoring, I have 2 alerts regarding my email0, but I could never see the alerts because it won't stop downloading. Aggravating!

Every time I try to block a number, it pops up to update, then it goes to the update page and it's already been updated. I would like to be able to block numbers but I can't. Been this way for months. Please fix this issue.

When I click on the app in the app list it shows force stop is activated and you can't setup automatic scans and VPN disconnected is always in my notifications so I don't know if the app is working or not !!!!!!

I found this app difficult to navigate. For example, while trying to set my preferences, the app insisted I allow permission all the time to continue. When I had allowed full permission, it continued to go back to the previous request no matter what I entered. I'll see if this is a bug. If not, I wouldn't bother to keep it installed.

Not syncing to phone. Unable to view call log or report phone numbers. Also asks me to update app even though its the latest version. They need to put a option to block out of state calls.....

With the most recent update, my kids are no longer able to call my cell phone via Alexa. It automatically blocks unknown callers, even though I have gone in to unblock it. This also effects my children's doctor's from calling me back when I call them through the answering service. The call through the answering service always comes in as unknown. This will create problems from getting medical advise for situations that might not need ER visit and money spent on unnecessary ER visits.
