    Ordered several times with this app, all orders were always delayed for at least half an hour for various reasons. What's the point of selecting a time slot if it always late without fail. Only thing they are good at, is making excuses for problems.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. Totally disappointing. Items were sent wrongly. Dan stall was closed but they didn't bother to inform till I called and ask. Their app is not updated when stalls are closed. No communication between them and the vendors. Am deleting the app!

    Won't recommended this why q as their service i really horrible. Submitted my order at 11.05am requested to deliver in between 12.30pm - 1.00pm but turn out my order timing keep on changing until my lunch time is over. WORST PART COMING.. I order 7 item only delivered correct for 2 item. Tried to call their customer support n asked for the delivery timing the customer support keep saying is otw. Terrible service won't recommend this app. If you going to use this app to place order good luck!

    Incompetent crew and service recovery. Ordered thrice from this app, 2 times the order was completely messed up due to delivery guy errors. Both incidents the riders misdelivered wrong food, or sent to a totally different location. Delivery time is extremely long. Don't bother using WhyQ unless you don't expect to eat anything in this lifetime. Service team told me to go find the missing food myself. Great job

    I m just giving suggestion and want to give feedback and the customer service crew just hang up my phone. She need to go for customer service training! So she cancel my order after gave me 2 missed call(I was driving). When I called back, she said she had cancelled. I said OK. Then I ask if she can waive off the 2 dollars small amount fee. Is because they cancel my food and I need to reorder and the amount is less than 8 dollars. The company should consider waive those reorder order.

    I tried ordering for the first time today. Planned delivery at 12:30-1PM. Received text notification of delay to 1:45-2PM. It's now 2:30PM and I have not received my food. Order status in app is still in "preparing" phase.. I've tried your chat support which is still "connecting", your phone number provided which call ended without going through, messaged on Facebook without any reply. Lastly, I cannot even cancel my order without getting in contact with you? Is any of this even functional?!

    Unreliable and very annoying. Called me 3 times and in the end cancelled my order (I placed two orders in succession after they cancelled my first one). Inaccurate timing. Clearly not equipped to deliver the service they offer. Try to avoid if you can.

    This is the worst delivery app. 1. They charge a $1.50 delivery fee per item. If you order 4 items from the same store, you need to pay 4 x $1.50 2. Limited delivery period 3. Orders are always delivered late, and advise you to check your door because "the food might be hanging there", when in actual fact the rider went to the wrong location, and will only be delivered in another 20mins time 4. Poor customer service and compensation after complaining. Don't waste your time on this

    NOT RECOMMENDED! Absolutely poor service. Not once is the order on time. The app will keep telling you the driver is 10 minutes away, but 40 minutes later my order is nowhere to be seen. Service on the hotline is equally terrible, unresponsive and does not return calls after promising to.
