App cannot seem to remember blue tooth connections. Constantly have to remove, add, reboot phone to reconnect to the same blood pressure reader as last time. Very impractical for continual use.

1. this APP has a lot of bugs: fail to connect, hang up, etc. I saw their frequent updates, but why no improvement? 2. my Inbody became inaccurate, that my weight increases 1KG every day! I wrote a letter to CS, but no reply at all. I will never buy this companies products again, and don't recommend anyone to do so.

Poor connectivity. Recent updates require me to regularly reconnect my phone to the scale. What used to happen automatically Noa requires three or four attempts to connect before I can do a measurement.

This app is working fine. I connected my InBody H20N scale, and it is working fine. The data from the H20N scale are transferring with the Samsung Health app perfectly. I connected my blood pressure monitor BP170B to the InBody app, and it's working fine. The only problem is that there is no data from the BP170B transferring to the Samsung Health app. Are you going to fix this problem ? It would be nice if the BP170B could transfer that data to the Samsung Health app.

Hi, this is a very nice app. This app getting better over time. But I hope the app can separate the primary and secondary user data history. Besides that, it would be best if we could share the full results of the InBody test without limitation of 6 items.

On a Google Pixel 3 XL with trying to use an inbody scale I keep getting an error of 500A and cannot find any resolution to this I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app powered off and powered on my phone and I'm getting ready to factory reset my phone to see if that makes any difference I don't understand why there isn't any more support on this error that's happening

I've been a long time user of the InBody app. In fact, my wife and I operate a wellness coaching facility and advocate for all of our members utilize this app to get a big picture view of their body comp and see trends over long periods of time. However, recent updates have negatively impacted our member experience and this is not good for several reasons. I request that the "Details" tab to be removed from the app so that users can analyze data on their own. The labeling is not good.

This app is complete and total garbage! First off all I had to create username and password and verify email 4 different times as it would not complete the registration process. In top of that waste of time it gave me someone else's data! I used my one and only free BMI exam at my gym now on this bull$***
