I've been a member over 5 years CONS - rewards are overpriced! how does a $25 gift card at gamestop cost $75?! (it takes way to long to even make $75 what a rip off) -Not enough reward choices, choices that are available suck! Not even worth the trouble. -need an option to be able to update/change phone number, I can't even redeem my rewards because I can't update my phone number! -Need to add a cash out option, alot of people could use the money they earn

The e-rewards program offers high paying surveys compared to other survey programs. The only thing I don't like is the limited option to redeem your money or points earned. You can't just redeem for cash via paypal or a Visa gift card. There are a limited number of gift card to redeem for. Hope in the future they offer more gift cards or team up with PayPal and eliminate all of the magazine subscriptions they offer.

It's nice to be able to do surveys on my phone but some of them are not formatted correctly and you can't see all the answer choices or they overlap making it difficult. I absolutly hate that it makes me log in and won't remember my password so I have to seek it out in my browser settings. You need a fingerprint log in.

Haven't been using it for long but so far it seems great! I like the platform, it is easy to navigate, the variety of things to cash in for look good. My only complain is the employment profile questions. I am employed in the health care field and also own my own business. You cannot really express that at all. It may limit opportunities for future surveys??

I really like this survey platform. Sometimes the surveys are lengthy and sometimes I don't qualify but they only ask a few questions to see if you qualify and if you don't, they still pay you like .25 cents. I always have several surveys to choose from. You can choose from several different rewards, like gift cards. They mail you the card. Its really 1 of the best paying survey sights I have ever tried.

I have been a member for years and now all of a sudden my account was deactivated. I reached out to Customer Service only to be told that in order to reactivate my account I have to provide a photo of my driver's license as well as a selfie. Apparently this is to confirm identity when redeeming for rewards but neither are on file so I don't find that to be necessary. Also, it's angers me when I complete a survey only to be told that you don't qualify and you don't receive an incentive.

Been an e-Rewards member 10+ yrs, stopped participating several yrs ago when the company was going thru major changes, the app stopped being supported, their reward partner companies changed, ie used to be able to cash-in for Amazon gift cards, American Airlines AAdvantage miles, & more. e-Rewards tanked & I moved on.. until the app popped up in my feed 2 wks ago. So thankful it did! It's a brand new app, the best of the survey apps out there, not glitchy at all, works great & looks fantastic.
