Experience was terrible orders arrived an hour late every time food was cold and foody did nothing about it i tried contacting support but they were very rude and closed the chat withoud them giving a response. In my opinion worst online ordering program for cyprus

Many features have been removed. You can't add multiple of the same item even if restaurant supports it. You can't exit the app when ordering. The user interface is very counter intuitive. It's trial and error to reveal basic features like deleting an item from your basket. I do not know why they had to redesign the app, but it's a step back and not forward in many ways.

I've ordered 2 coffees earlier today and they arrived after one hour (!!!!), 2 simple coffees - latte and americano. The arriving time mentioned was 30 minutes, after it was moving and moving all the time. And there is no client support in the app at all!! No operators, nothing and I couldn't even cancel the order. This app for me in a blacklist, enough is enough. And it wasn't the first time when the order came later than was mentioned. Unprofessional service! Never again in my life!

My experience overall with Foody as application is very good, I am not happy with the phone customer services when a problem appears. I had an incident where they did not took reaponsibility for an order that it was their mistake on the order form and I what was delivered was wrong. They never admitted the fault. Overall that was 1 incident out of too many orders.

Probably the worst customer service and app in Cyprus. On Sunday one of your listed restaurants took 1 hour and 15 minutes to arrive for a 40 minutes order. Now the worst thing was that your telephone line was on hold FOREVER. Worst company ever.... honestly never again. The app also has many glitches. For example, the option to participate on their recent anniversary competition for students is not working at all. Not even the option is visible anymore only a notification that I am currently on

The app looks good and organised. No point in using an app though if you can't log in. Facebook and Google log in doesn't work from the app (worked from my laptop). I tried logging in from my email, requested to change my password and the new password doesn't work either. I will change my review once those issues are resolved

The new version is a nightmare to navigate through and it shows places as closed when they are open. Confirmed this 5-6 times by calling the restaurants and asking if they deliver and said "yes via Foody, the app is open". Additionally, why do most menus have half the options in greek and the other half in English? Seriously this was an "upgrade" that no one asked for and is very off putting to use the app.

This new update... Foody had a unique Identity with its bright orange colors and design. Now it's just a clone of Wolt. The new update removed features, such as filtering by delivery cost and minimum order, which I used daily (and no, sorting is not the same because you can only apply 1 at a time and featured restaurants will still go on top). Finally, the update managed to erase all saved favourites and payment information... Such a big mess
