Easy to use, useful, delivery was timely. Able to add items after submitting list. Can also message shopper during shopping if needed. Notifications to approve replacements for unavailable items. Able to adjust tip and leave rating/comments after delivery. Search function seems less than accurate for some reason, eg while searching for oranges, i viewed a particular item and there were related items that had not populated in the original search results. Overall, great experience!

Best app ever!! It's so easy to add or remove items. I wish other companies learn from that user experience. Very easy to navigate, friendly and efficient. The only thing is that prices are different, more expensive. You can notice it when the products arrive with a lower price on their tag, for example cheese, ham, fish, fruits. But it totally worth it.

Searching for, and adding items to the cart was a very easy and smooth experience. However, the app shut down randomly a couple of times, which was slightly annoying. I did like the fact that even though the app shut down, all my checkout details except my credit card information were retained. This shows good error-handling practices.

This app is not user friendly. It takes too long to search for items. There were three items I wanted. When I typed in the name, they came up as searchable items, but were not in the list of available items to buy. Examples: Smuckers Uncrustable Grape, Publix Block Cream Cheese, Lunchables Turkey. I can see the item in the search bar, but not in the list of items I can choose. The Wal-Mart app is much easier and faster to use than this app. However, Publix quality can't be beat.

I love the service, but the app itself could be improved. Search results are often incomplete. You can search for a specific item that you know is available, and it doesn't always show up. When you browse, it only shows you the first couple dozen of any category, even when you click show all. Maybe this is an effort to prevent decision anxiety and they think it'll increase sales, but when I'm browsing for baked goods or ice cream, that is serious business. I need to see EVERY possible option.

So. The function of the app has actually been excellent. Great to be able to chat with your shopper. Send photos of items etc. Easy to add remove etc. But if anything is wrong with your order... youre outta luck. Ive had lots of issues with missing, rotten, and incorrect items. Submit complaints. But youll never hear back. Been almost 2 months since my first complaint. No response. No refund. Nothing.

Shopping was fine. Almost gave up trying to checkout. This was my first time using the Publix curbside and was trying to enter payment info. Used a credit card then a debit. Nothing worked, "not valid" was the message. Finally, while looking for a chat, email or some other way to resolve the issue I stumbled across the Account page and saw a place to enter my payment info. Ha! After a wasted half hour or so I got to pay! There should have been directions.

I have used the app three times now and two of the three times I have had the "shopper" finish my order in record time, submit their own items, and then mark it as delivered with a picture of them blocking their camera. I don't understand how this is possible especially for it to happen twice in a row. Apparently the "shoppers" can just be any random person. Definitely will not be using again.

Fairly easy to use app. I didn't give it five stars because there were some discrepancies between a shopping list and actually ordering online. There were things that showed up in a shopping list search, but I could not find them using the same search criteria when I was actually shopping online. One last thing, I spent $110 - it would've been really nice for a first-time shopper to get some sort of a coupon or small break in total cost. Overall, it was a pretty good experience.
