It's great that this app is available but setup is a pain. First, you have to enter your birthdate using a widget going back one month at a time. I'm 64 years old. I can calculate 64x12 longhand, or hit the back arrow more than 768 times! Then, it asked for my cellphone number to verify my account. Problem is, I registered with NJ DOH with my landline since it simultaneously rings my cell. It gave me a checkmark but never sent the TXT. I was able to register after getting an email.

The app is very confusing. Needs your middle name to continue, need to hold the year to scroll to your birth year, after receiving your pin code, takes about 5-6 tries to get verified, found the email confirmation in promotions not in your regular email inbox. Then asks to rate this app as terrible and not intuitive. Need to have a good app developer fix this app. I would gladly help do this.

Since this app continually asks me to review it, I am happy to comply. It is a POS. I am unable to update my records, I am unable to start a new search because in order to do so, I have to delete the old searches. I can't delete the old searches b/c even though the hamburger at the lower left is enabled, it is unresponsive no matter how many times I pound on it. There are many other issues that I don't have room to document. Whatever MN Health is paying, it's too much.

Cool. Everything went smooth. Only caution is that they asked for rating before they provided the document. If it is my immunization record, I am just delighted. If it is someone else's data I will be back to complain but so far, great idea. It is going to survive a tipped canoe better than the paper original. Saves me the trouble of having to photograph it myself, with potentially less than stellar results.

Can't count the number of times I've tried to update immunizations to include my booster. Uninstalled, re-installed, updated password but nothing seems to work. More than 2 weeks since booster, app still showing only 2 shots. Will not claim to be the most tech savvy person around, but it really shouldn't be this difficult to update THE MOST ESSENTIAL INFORMATION this app offers.

It's over 100MB. I've got complex video games and graphics editing apps on my phone that are smaller than this stupid thing. It doesn't find my doses, and it's only for COVID. It's sole purpose seems to be to generate a pdf, on my phone, which no one will accept. This is actually useless, and no one is interested in taking this as "proof." It's literally easier and more acceptable bring up a photo of the actual card.

Working after update.... Pulled up all my immunizations including Covid. Be sure your name, phone, birthday is correct to match records. Was not able to locate where it downloaded a PDF of my immunization records. Not in download folders. But was able to email it to myself. Ssys I need a tetanus shot, also shows I got a tetanus shot 1 year ago and they're good for 10 years. Looks like a bug.

Concept is great. Design and implementation is poor. For example, Android user is required to enter birthdate by "scrolling" through calendar. A 50 year old person would be required to tap over 600 times! On top of that, there appears to be no connection to data base. It doesn't work.

Absolutely a waste of time. They use landlines to get a certification pin. Nothing comes through and the idiots give you a choice of SMS for a landline. How is that supposed to work? Getting your cellphone in is glitchy and you can't use your cellphone as an option for a pin. The state actually had my cell on record for emergencies notifications. Deleted it. My doctor doesn't have the time to verify my cellphone! Deleted it.
