Errors after errors. Open a ticket and get ignored without a solution. I've gotten use to this over the phone and emails and whatsapp. But great now you have an app to cover our needs. I hope you understand sarcasm. 1 star is fine cause after all the app "runs" I give you credit for that. You managed to make something work. Sadly full of errors, like none stop. With regards in connection I can recommend you guys use mobile and when it come in customer service they are very fast unlike in other network no need to mention very slow. Only one request to mobile i been using postpaid for almost 1 year but the thing is I don't get any free or any offer gadget like installment mobile that's include in postpaid. Your customer will be happy and attract more if u have this kind of Marketing. Because both can get benifits on this. Looking forward on this matter.

The new updated app is very nice, comprehensive, Works smoothly, you can subscribe/Unsubscribe right from the app. Which is great. I would give 5 stars but the app doesn't have option to save card to load balance. You have to enter credit card info EVERY TIME!

People: For God sake RATE THE APP.. this ain't review of network service or signal strength. It doesnt matter if it's a budget phone with old OS or a flagship with latest android. Mobily app crashes by default, then may work every now & then.. I've been using tens of mobile operators apps from different countries & I've never suffered from any like i do with this worthless app. Tried on 2 flagship android (Note9 & Note10 plus) & on iphone as well (not the space to complain about ios app too)

2 star is better than one. Mobily internet provider is very wise, if you choose 100gb (184sr) internet you will not experience a poor connection in any apps. ( it consumes 9-11 days only for 4-7 users) But, if you choose the unlimited internet for 30 days (374 sar) everyday you will experience a very slow connection, always connecting when it comes to messenger for calls and any other apps. I hope you get my point.

Its actually easier then you have ever thought and it solves most of the issues related to the sim card services lets say checking balance and checking neqaty points and change them to the rewards and also checking internet data.
