    I just signed up for my free 1GB but the app will not allow me to login. It says invalid username or password. So I tried to login with my email and it says that email is not linked to any account. As a last resort I requested a password change. I have been waiting for over an HOUR for my new password!     This app main focus is on making payments and adding payment info, can't delete some information, Can't see your hosting domains, can't manage domains, can't add packages with out leaving the app. Can't manage email accounts. Meanwhile the web clientzone doesn't support mobile devices, no layout for tablets. The app isn't useful at all, is as if you'll needed to just have an app for your company.

    I would really like to see my data usage, it's so much hassle to go into client zone and when you get there you can't see how much data you have used. We use daily data more than we use night shift from Telkom which is no use at all. Last month I lost 7GB of data because I couldn't see how much was left as network was slow

    If you change addresses, they will double bill you. Even when giving them exact dates of when you're moving. When you give them a cancelation date, they will cut you at 1am on the day of cancelation and not at the end of the day. There are more stuff ups that they've done, but these are just the latest that I've gone through.

    Good app for quick top up of data,but 3 stars for issues on app when trying to test line. App keeps failing even after remove and reinstall. Did report it,but still no improvement . Good day I have downloaded the app but with the new UI I can't find anywhere to test the DSL line.

    Great until a few days ago, maybe a week. Not connected to network. Thought I still had data, and went on the app to check today. No data available! So tried to check the usage, but that is not available either! Quite disappointed.

    Best mobile service I have used, easy setup. Cheap data plus 1gb free data every month. Great data prices and no night /day time only data nonsense. Airtime / data top up is a breeze on the app. I can view my data used per day /month.

    The app has always been very helpful, however, the detailed usage only shows that balances now of how much data remains to be used and does not give a daily breakdown of consumption anymore which helped a lot in managing daily usage - this shouldn't have been removed - now you see the same balance on both the balance breakdown and the detailed usage which is contradictory to itself, "detailed usage". Other than that, the app is actually a 5 star in my opinion.

    App is useless after hours when there are network connectivity issues. Also, why isn't it zero rated? So we don't need airtime to buy data once we've run out? And is fibre supposed to buffer under the 'waiting for network' label? Might as well get cheaper situations
