Worst decision ever. For some reason Peugeot recommends this app to find charge stations (but the link to install/open this app didn't work). Installed it, and for some reason they require Driver's-Id, Passport, home-address (just to find a charging station?). And the Peugeot-app still failed to open this app. When opened manually, it has all kinds of uninteresting services (a list that wasn't shown before registering), and none is to find a charging station. Stay away.

App was buggy but usable before, now app is totally useless after the update and app reinstall. I received an email from free2move after my first poor review, asking to uninstall and reinstall the app. It was entirely in spanish. When i reset my password they emailed me in french. I hope another company with better execution of this idea pops up, because this company is not it.

So so convenient. I am a carless urbanite. I rely on public transport mostly. But occasionally, I want to leave the city to go hiking. These cars allow you to easily get out into nature. You can even leave the car, lock it, and resume your ride (but you gotta have cell service to do so). No need to worry about gas or anything. Truly amazing, and affordable!

Really incredible service! The app and the vehicle and the experience are ultra smooth and intuitive. The price is nice, and the features are plentiful. Made my rainy-day drive to the store and to work a breeze. Alowed me to park and keep the car while I shopped, easily. As a bicyclist, I will absolutely be utilizing this service in the future for my travel needs.

This service is awesome for someone like me, who doesn't have a car, and relies on public transportation. I ALWAYS look for cars that have discounts; save more money, and it's convenient. Only thing I don't like, is that the cars aren't as easily accessible as I'd like; i.e. getting an Uber to and from the car... wish the cars were a bit closer to where I live, but other than that, I LOVE the service. I get a Free2Move car every other weekend!

The app and the car need to be more clear about the "home zones" very unclear!!! Not very useful if you think you can go a certain distance and then can't and end up having to get an Uber anyway. Hard to read for people with vision issues also, the blue zone is too light colored.

Never got through the application process. It's pretty invasive with Photos of your DL, Current personal photo, Credit cards, Driving background check, Credit background check, and more. They don't have good explanations for disqualifications in ride rentals, but you can quickly qualify for local ride services at inflated prices. I gave up quickly.

I wish the coverage of the app (which countries it is available in) would be states in the description. To install it, give all your personal information only to find out that it's not so international, sucks, to say the least. Enjoy my passport, driver's license and face, coz I can't be a customer. Will be in touch about this.

Edit: app got worse. Credit Pass not being recognized, help center doesn't say anything for days, then comes and gives a half solution. Probably won't be using it anymore once i get my problem solved. When you want to re-use the car after a pause, it fails everytime and takes 5-6 minutes to open the car and everytime it gives me a little heart attack. Other than that all ok.
