Actual navigation seems fine, voice understandable…, but lots of little issues.UI very complicated:To navigate,create a named route,switch to another screen,add start+end,click"optimise",confirm,switch to another screen,then start navigation.There's no"start from current location",only inserting nearest address as starting location,but if you move during setup,it tries to navigate back to start first.Reusing routes seems impossible,app insists that point were already reached.And 70€/y is a lot.

The good reviews are False, the app doesn't work as it's supposed to, spoke to tech and they just say it's a known problem and they will pass it to TIER 2, constantly going back on your self, the best thing the app if for is to see you stops then plan the route yourself as the optimization doesn't function correctly, the app will cost you more than you will save, has been a problem since released and the generic response is to contact support or ring a number, but nothing ever changes UNINSTALL!

New Version doesn't work. I entered a route, and upgraded to the 1 month plan. It does not recognize that I upgraded and keeps asking me to upgrade my plan. I cannot move around my destinations. SUPER FRUSTRATING, as this program has worked well in the past. Now out 9.99 and it won't allow me to modify the route to work with my day.

After getting fed up with the limited routes i opted in for the subscription. After just under 2 months of 6 days a week use, i can say, without a doubt, this app is absolute garbage. I honestly feel like i was robbed of 20 dollars. From the app crashing(daily), loosing an entire weeks worth of addresses (4 times in 2 weeks), to the huge back track that it made me do today ( two hours ), and so so much more. Its an understatement to say that this is not worth $10/ month.

I have used this app for about a week and it worked flawlessly. few spots were off but that is to be expected most took me straight to the driveway or bisiness. the app today was horrible. whatever is going on fix it. I am running a new route and have been relying on it to keep me on point. I have purchased it because of how well it works...would have been five stars before today.

The first week was fine and it actually optimizes routes better thank any other app. However, I've had nothing but technical issues since then. One day it didn't optimize, the next day I optimized, numbered all my boxes and then 1 hour later it optimized on its own again and screwed up my entire day. Another time it wouldnt save or allow me to send my route to email with the addresses. Another time it kept booting me out of the system during my route which ended screwing up entire day

The good reviews are fake, they praise the app for features that do not work, in some reviews, they praise features that do not exist. Costs way too much to upgrade and it's useless if you don't pay this insane price to upgrade. Deletes your routes monthly and it charges $300 for directions. It's a fairly cool app, but the free version is useless and the paid version is way too expensive.

Exceeds the best route tracker that I've used. Once it's figured out how to use the app, it is really fast and accurate. I changed to Route4Me after the other app which I had been using for several years, seemed to get more complicated with each update. I'll never switch back!

I am not too impressed with the company. My phone crashed and I switched to IOS from Android. Since my new annual subscription began only a month and a half ago, I asked for some kind of prorated credit to apply towards the IOS version. No can do. They said they don't handle the billing. I am pretty sure they get the funds so I don't buy they can't give me an activation code for the IOS version and charge my credit card for any additional costs. Pretty flimsy customer support for someone who has used their product for more than 6 or7 years. The app is good, the company customer relations aren't.
