Bra: Appen er bra for å kjøpe billetter. Man kan skaffe seg billetter uten å laste ned andre/flere apper. Dårlig: appen er svært dårlig for planlegging og oppfølging: den viser ofte at bussen har kjørt, når bussen har ikke kommet enda; andre ganger sier den er bussen er forsinket X minutter, når i virkeligheten den er forsinket X+a minutter.

Fungerer greit for ruteplanlegging, men har mange feil og mangler. 1) Appen er utrolig treig, og den klarer så vidt å laste bilett ved kontroll. Har måttet overbevise kontrollør om at det er appens feil flere ganger for at jeg ikke kan vise at jeg har gyldig billett. 2) Når jeg skal kjøpe ny periodebillett glitcher den mellom ruter og Agder 10 ganger i sekundet, så jeg må prøve flere ganger for å velge ruter. Og da får jeg ikke kjøpt noe annet enn sone 1-1. Dette gjør appen nesten ubrukelig.

Svindler deg til å kjøpe billett til dobbel pris, ved å unnlate å godta diverse stasjoner i grensen av soner, så man krysser til annen sone, da appen nekter å godta periodebillett på flere stasjoner. Ikke la deg lure, bruk atb appen om du er i trondheimaområdet! Så unngår du å bli svindlet!! Oppdatering: stadig ikke blitt løst, til tross for at support sa dette var en feil og skulle bli rettet. 3mnd senere...
