I have worked two shifts for a week and a half now and still have not received my pay. and trying to get in contact with HR . usually I get my pay two days earlier and still nothing and no one has reached out to me. very disappointed with this app.. because of this I'm not even sure I want to even work the two shifts that I picked up for this week I don't have gas money to go out to these places and not get paid

Like the app in the beginning. Having problems with next day pay. Usually receive payment a day early via direct deposit,still haven't received it and unable to contact them. Doesnt deserve the 1 star

Such a great agency to work for, they are the best! With shift med, the shifts are more gauranteed, seems to be very organized in their scheduling and communication with the facilities. Very great company, and I'm proud to be a dedicated CNA for shift Med!!

Terrible experience: They canceled my shift and didn't notify me. So I went all the way to the facility to look stupid on top of wasting gas. They also didn't pay me for any of the days I worked and refuse to answer the phone. I just want my money!!!!!!

App is easy to use. LOVE the instant half paycheck. You get to ok where you want to work, the days and the hours. Only down experience I had was calling the helpline and it going directly to leave a message and someone will call you sometimes you need help immediately..hence the word "helpline"..Other then that nice professional staff who will call you back the same day.

My experience has not been good. Every week it's something with this company. You can never contact anyone when you really need too, you get cancelled and no one calls or send a message so you waste gas going to a facility to find out you are not supposed to work and you don't get compensated for that. Not happy with Shift Med at all.

On-boarding process is difficult and issues with I-9 form through verification process. Continously asking for authorized representative when one was not ever used and marked that one was not used. Overall experience so far with this app is disappointing and discouraging.

I was trying to finish up my app when I pressed the wrong button. The app would not let me go back to correct it. I have called an talk to there call center but it wouldn't let them in to see what the problem was are is.
