Installed app. Nothing said about "free trial", which would have saved the time and bandwidth. First splash screen: "Unlimited storage". Sounds OK. Second splash screen: " Start free 14day trial". Uninstalled app.

App always works, no bugs, seamless syncing between decices, iOS, Android, Windows all work and look great. Only thing that would make it better would be if web site could be accessed or made offline in app.

Been with SmugMug many years now and I find them to be best app and web page on the market. Any one point I had deleted some photos from my gallery by mistake and they retrieve them for me, they have all the features I need to display my work at reasonable rates per month. Great place to be.

Absolutely ridiculous that SmugMug forces you to download their app just to download a zip file of photos that we have already paid a lot for - every other service I have used will just give you a download link no fuss no hassle. Frankly don't care how the app performs or what it offers - I would never willingly use or recommend any service that forces/traps users like this.

Great app to showcase your photography. Completely customizable and can monetize as well. Raw files accepted. Tracking statistics by gallery, folder or down to a single photo. Syncs easily with Lightroom and others for a stream lined work flow. Love it!

It is a great app with tons of music. Though the past year it seems to of have gotten more glitchy instead of less. Some of the limitations of how many songs you can put in playlist and things of the like don't make since but it is the better of the music apps I have used.

Ever since the update happened every time I download a photo to my phone its in kB and not MB, but when I go to Chrome and download it off there it's in its original MB size! Please get this fixed as I like my pictures in their original quality! I'll have to resort to using Chrome for the time being...

The ONLY reason I gave SmugMug 4, not 5 stars is because their customer service is subpar. I mean... for general questions and/or concerns- they're great, but if you have billing issues- forget about it! I had to input a new credit card twice in 2 years due to my bank account being hacked (had nothing to do w Smugmug). Their website wouldn't register my updated info. After about 30 back and forth emails of them telling me what to do, which btw was the obvious (double check all info, try a different browser, call bank...), my updated info finally went through. All along it showed as updated on my end but not theirs.....SOOOOO frustrating. ESPECIALLY since my hubby is a highly respected IT Professional and he even said that the issue was on THEIR end:/The 1st time this happened a couple years ago- I received a huge apology at the end of the 4 day fiasco....Not this time. I'm angry with the way it was handled and if I have to go through this again..well, I simply won't. I'll cancel my subscription and move on, but for now I've grown to love the quality of the site in which I use strictly for sharing albums w clients. Their support team & dept. need to get it together.
