Worst experience. I ordered a router for my wifi from MI store. But I found that it wasn't optical fiber router. So I thought I'll just return the order just like amazon or flipkart. But there was no return option available and there is only replacement which I don't want. If you're such a big store then you should provide use return feature. I'm never purchasing anything from MI store again.

I belive that the app is just a trap to get some of your personal informations. I wanted to order a phone. It's 10euros cheaper with this app. BUT you have to allow some autorisations from android (location, phone info...). I think, they read and keep some of your personal data to use it after. Elsewhere, the store provides good deals for cheap prices. I got the mi8 lite for 50 percent off. I hope that they will send it without any issues. If there is something, I will update this review.

I'm facing too much problem related to sound and fingerprint sensor of my 11 lite. Last week the fingerprint stopped working and when I checked the security settings, the option of fingerprint was just gone missing. After a couple of days the volume of the device started to increase on its own even without clicking the buttons. Even if I try to decrease it, it doesn't. Went to service center but they were not able to do anything as it has started again.

number one, in UK store, the price is too expensive for UK consumers. I can buy from AliExpress so much cheaper. for example Xiaomi mi mix 3 has priced £500 but on AliExpress £375 second UK store is outdated and not too many items available. for example , there is no adapter or fast charger which is very basic thing and its very important. or there is no Mi pad 4 , Redmi note 7, etc. I don't recommend to buy from this app for UK consumers.

Does not list my phone in exchange. My device is Mi 11 Ultra and is supposed to be a premium device yet it's not listed in the exchange option under xiaomi phones.

Overall I'm a satisfied MI customer. But the problem which I felt was that, this App doesn't have a proper return option. I have purchased a Bluetooth headset. It had some problems from the very beginning. Unlike other e commerce Apps this App doesn't have a proper return policy. When I approached the customer care, they are demanding us to go for service. Completely disappointed with this Return Policy.

Is there a option to give 0 stars? This is the worst app I ever used. All the price It shows is fake. Whenever I go to buy the price increases and completely changes. And the 8 years anniversary thing. What the hell is that supposed to. It's all fake. There is no offer nothing. Do I look like an idiot. I waited for exactly 8 o clock and clicked the buy button and within a second it's showing out of stock. What the hell is this.?
