App doesn't work. Join in= too many requests. I'm trying to register my card so I can activate and redeem the points I've been collecting, and nothing works. Not even directly through the website. Why am I wasting my time and buying specific grocery items to collect points if I'm now having a hard time getting rewarded? Upset.

I'm trying to sign in and it lets me see the sign in screen for 2 seconds and then takes me back to the beginning for some reason... Sometimes it says "too many requests", but I was excited to start collecting points again.

The only use of this app is to grab a screenshot of the Scene card and save it on the phone. After that, you can forget about the app. Every time that I have tried to open it, it fails and gives the error message "Too many requests". Absolutely useless.

Becoming very frustrated. I have not been able to collect points through the app bc when I try to log in, it comes up a white page saying "too many attempts". I have over $60 worth of points I cannot access. Please help.

I chose the option saying I don't want to have a physical card so I installed app but I've been struggling siging in. I erased cookies and also uninstalled & installed the app but it never worked. I've waited for more than 8 hrs to sign in but It still doesn't work at all so I can't use this app.

I keep getting message "too many requests" when logging in. Even when I was able to log in in the past this app would want you to log in by entering your username password even with biometrics disabled causing delays and embarrassment while trying to scan your scene points card in line at Freshco. All of the devs on this app should be fired.

Get message too many attempts, and then go to the login screen, enter info, get a code to authenticate, and then Please wait while we process your information........ still waiting. So frustrated with this app, no point in using it. Waste of my time and frustrating in a store to try and use it, so when asked if I have the app, I just say nope!!!

The app doesn't even let you log in 90% of the time. Utter garbage. I have uninstalled, reinstalled , and still hot garbage. FIX YOUR APP if you are going to be tied to people's livelihoods you should ****ING work!

Always signs me out and then doesn't except my password, then locks me out, totally useless and I have wasted too much time on this App and can not be bothered to waste more of my time, uninstalled and cut up the card! Truely a disappointing experience trying to make it work!!!
