VERY LOW QUALITY APPLICATION. The app description doesn't match in reality when you use the app. Purchased anatomy package, but the videos are just NON FUNCTIONAL . Claiming it to be a FULL WASTAGE OF MONEY. Had called on the number given in the app, sent emails regarding this issue, but no response. No privilege to download the videos as well because videos don't work at all. Very much disappointed with this . Hoping to improve the quality.

Some videos are very good but some are not as per expectation. The voice in pharmacology lecture is little unclear so it become so annoying most of the time, the new terms are hard to hear in that lecture. General microbiology lecture also has very very unclear voice. Q bank is not well categorised, it should be chapter wise rather than topic wise. Topic wise categorisation should be inside the chapters. For now i have to scroll whole list just to select any one topic.

The videos and faculty happen to be excellent but the app itself is nothing more than trash. The video player doesn't work well, the app itself is difficult to navigate and is completely unorganised and it sometimes takes 10 minutes to load the login page or the shop page

First of all..teachers are best...but the app is still not upto the mark..After update.. Its better than before it has become faster than before...but app whi problems nyi..now the forward rewind button is not seen on the video..they do not have a single place to decide for the quality and speed for the videos. And still the app keeps on stopping they do not have an option for practicing bookmarked questions. improvement required to come upto the mark.. Upto the level of other apps in the market

This app is the worst. What if the content is good, the user interface is really bad. It crashes all the time, takes so much time to load, video stops in between all the time, even if I play it in 1.5x the video goes back to 1x without notice and there are many more such problems. It wastes a lot of our time and is really frustrating. There are many reviews pointing the tech bugs but you guys didn't even try to correct it.Do you guys really care about our money?Would never suggest this to others

Interface should be a lot more improved.. there is no switching clarity of video as per student requirements, every video plays in HD and it consumes large internet data even for a small video, and if we make the video forward or backward for like 20sec all the loaded video will be lost and it again consumes heavy data for the buffering of video.. Need to be improved

Requested the tech to solve a bug in saved videos section. One file being saved under the name of nother. Rather than correcting the bug, they suggested to use wifi to download videos. I suggest them to consider the fact that not everyone has wifi connection. Rather than beating around the bush, focus on how other apps take feedback seriously. (Sarcasm- Going to delete YouTube and egurukul because none of it allow videos to be saved correctly while using mobile network, or is just the latter?)
