I have used this app for almost 3 yrs and it was great but now, since the new update, I can't remote start with it. It continues to glitch and show shadows of the remote start button. Very disappointing since I live in a cold state.

This app is the worst I've ever used. When logging in you have to type it in twice before it lets you sign in. Then while using it it never shows the current location of your vehicle, and there is no way to refresh the app or button to tap to try to relocate your vehicle. only thing this app is good for us to start your vehicle.

Not working, stop with the "send a email". You know what the issue is. Fix the update or rollback/backout of this version. It's simple. Problem solved. You would think you'd have a test plan before deployment. I would think the engineers would do that...doesn't look like it.

So why can't I change screen color on touchscree? I hate the blue. And for apps that need to be updated on ones apps pg. on your Buick Encore screen while you go in and you're supposed to be able to just log in and it won't. And no way to reset I guess the password Gmail even though done it by phone to own Buick account so you reset the password and it still is not going through so you can update the Weather Channel and there's no way to add optional apps on there which is a waste of time.

The app is frozen! Won't let me use my maps, has inaccurate vehicle readings, won't let me lock and unlock, has an old map displayed that won't go away, and will not let me use my OnStar, won't take new addresses at all‼️

Since the app has updated I am no longer able to use remote start or other controls in app. I force stopped app cleared data cache, unistalled and reinstalled app still not working. Geat Job GM!!! I will be canceling my OnStar subscription!!!

Nice when it connects Numerous times unable to connect (log in) especially in the mornings. I don't know if they take the system down at night figuring most people won't be removing starting the vehicle at 4:45 or 5:00 AM. I do use a VPN (Proton) but since they don't block VPN this is not the issue. I have solid Internet access confirm before and after failure. Had same issues with girlfriends Chevy app (same software different logo). She is on an iPhone 14

This app is really slow. Also, it often doesn't load when I tap on an item like the inbox. Also haven't figured out how to load directions and send it to the car (not sure if it's a user error or if the app doesn't do that).

Been using the app for about 7 months. It worked great until about a month ago, can't get any info on my vehicles because it says that the app can't be updated. Hopefully it gets fixed soon.
