It needs better light modes. The party light mode changes color at a very slow speed. Why is it going through every shade. Just one shade of one colour and then on to the next. This just feels like lazy coding.

After new updates and changes , some of the devices do not work with seamless wifi setup. Secondly the lights turn on automatic aly if power goes and comes back. The scheduling dosent work properly. If you do recalibrate the lights and devices they do not recognise........

The absolute worst app one can have for smart lights. When the lights are on, it cannot detect their status. When I try to pair them again, the app simply can't do it. Think a hundred times before buying zunpulse devices.

I have bought 1bulb and a smart TV remote. But both does not support 5G network. Also the set up process is complicated and the app keeps on crashing. I need to reinstall the app for 3times. I have 5G modem. I am unable to connect the bulb and remote. Hence unhappy

They give attractive 50% off or cupon on other app to make you buy these products. Even at that price there are other branded smart device in the market which are worth buying. Customer care support is the only thing good about zunpulse. The product and the tech everything and mainly the connectivity, everything is worst.

I like the product but the app needs a lot of improvement. The device barely connects even after trying multiple times. Sometimes the app doesn't identify an already existing wifi connection which is really annoying.

This app is very annoying its unable to recognize the devices such as ac even though it's on. It's says there is no connection I mean how can it be when everything is on n even tried uninstall and install this app. Looks like there are lots of bugs or someone didn't develop the app as expected.

Worst products !!! Purchased one Led bulb and a switch Issue are- 1. You have got the worst customer service. 2. Your both device don't setup easily. I have been trying to make a setup with my wifi and your app from last 3 days today finally the switch set is done but I am still trying to setup your led bulb. 3. It's support alexa but their are no direct command for that.
