I feel like customer service can be a lot better and I've run other apps in the past like Postmates, instacart, DoorDash. they all compensate for order issues with delivery or with going to a store that's already closed and stuff like that but favor does not and that's a big issue cuz a lot of times I have problems with orders that any other company would give me compensation for my time and favor does not so I don't like that aspect of it

Mmm at first I had a good experience, but a matter of time I realized they don't pay good for a trip, no matter how long can be the pay rate is to low, for example if you do a trip like 20 minutes they still pay you 2 dollars! You gotta to be kidding me! If the costumer i don't want to give you a good tip, you have to conforme your self jus waste 40 minutes of you time. Seriously I do not recommend this service.

The app is super glitchy. It constantly "restarts" during a run and the announcements for the promotions glitch as well, popping up everytime I open the app. Now recently I've been having problems launching my Google maps so instead of being able to tap on the address and it going to my maps automatically, I haven't to manually type it in.

I love this app. It's very easy to use and the Favor text help service is a godsend. I haven't run in a while but i will be back soon. I completely advise anyone not a part of Favor to become a part of Favor because you will definitely love it. The variety of orders and residential locations you travel to is exciting if you've never been to those places or areas.

Terrible app. Disappointing how you can't even contact Runner Support anymore without having to go through all these ridiculous prompts and questions which could be resolved so much quicker and easier by talking to a regular human being. Also the estimate times for the Favors which are given to the customers is never accurate. Favor used to be so well made and set up and now it's trash. I'd probably have a better time doing Doordash or Uber eats
