I'm having the same issues as the previous reviewers. My Mercedes Me app has stopped connecting to my vehicle. Not acceptable from a company like Mercedes, especially when they are aware of the issue.

all the options are available apart from closing the car window's if the car in the garage with windows down you can't close them they do have safety features.

App very useful but recent update looks to have solved the update issue but for me has caused an issue with with login. Currently the app is not remembering my login details where it was until recently. It is a pain to have to keep entering ID and code. Is there something I have missed to tell it to remember me? Thanks for the update, I will wait for the fix with baited breath as the issue is starting to annoy me.

You get a notification that car is unlocked but no notification when you lock the car. So you may see that notification later thinking the car is unlocked when it isn't.

App always needs logging in and doesn't stay connected. No longer talks to vehicle. Try and change charge status doesn't allow. Can't open or lock car. No longer can set preclimate. Uninstalled and tried again. Seems to be falling over a lot. On both android and iOS
