My account was suspended because I bought a few of the Weekly Unlimited bus passes in bulk from my local transit department, and they assumed it was suspicious or fraudulent. There's no way to contact a HUMAN BEING and my local transit has zero access to Token Transit profiles to fix the issue. Thanks for nothing.

The app does what it's meant to do, makes it easy to send friends, kids, partners, family, etc. bus passes on the go. I had an excellent interaction with customer service, they were incredibly polite and helped me out asap! Use it if you have somewhere to go and you need a bus! No ads, simple clean interface.

The best thing that our local transit system has come up with for the customers in a very long time. Very convenient to use. However, I do wish that there was a way to transfer a ride pass to another person who has the app. I, also, wish that there was a way that you are able to activate your pass with wifi/bluetooth, then if you are using it at the bus stop but you don't have any internet connection, you are still able to use the pass?

Works well and quickly, but I can't tell my different pass types apart. I have purchased a 10 ride pass for both local and regional, but can't tell which is which. iPhone users have said they don't have a problem, but on my Samsung they all look the same. Was told the latest update would fix this, but the problem is still there on version 4.2.23

01/30/20 So far I've been loving the app, I read the reviews and was a bit worried but I figured out what works best for me. I buy a one day pass at home when connected to WiFi. When I'm out I can still pull up the pass even when I'm not connected to WiFi or data. 03/13/21 love the app still working just have to remember to pull the pass up when connect to wifi at home, now I feel more comfortable buying a week or month pass and not have to worry about wasting money.

While the app does function as intended, if you don't have a stable internet connection (or a slow one) you won't be able to open your passes. Leaving you at the bus stop, embarrassed because you don't have a working pass

I put one star so that you can see this rating. This happened yesterday until a week ago. 1.) The app have delay to validate the ticket. It keeps loading....... loading..... 2.) The app didn't show the ticket after 30 minutes, One of my purchased ticket and not validated yet was remove. 3.) Using this purchase T_T it only takes 30 minutes then expire, Unlike the card purchased in a validating machine will take one hour to expire.

This app has saved me so many times I forgot to bring the change to metro station but now, I never buy paper tickets and just use this app. Thank you so much for the developers behind this. This is tremendously useful wherever it is supported. Hope to see it becoming standard way of buying tickets in all metro stations alongside physical tickets.
