No (convenient) way to turn off since S22 Ultra system update. Now I have to go into the Application Manager and remove permissions for "drawing over" to make the app stop. And to turn app back on the next night, I have to go back into permissions and re-enable. Not convenient or practical at all.

I use it every time whenever I'm in the dark and it is easy to control the dimness. However, sometimes done apps bugs it out and causes it to crash or disappear briefly.

I like this app its less intrusive then other dimmers but it doesn't always work. There are also some apps it doesn't work on, like kindle. Also wish it worked on the lock screen as well.

I'm using it as I write this review. It works flawlessly. I have an old backup phone that simply won't go dim enough at night. This app solves it instantly. Works perfectly! It behaves a little odd, though. The first time I slide the brightness down, it removes the auto brightness but maybe that's just my phone

Night Screen is perfect for what it does. Please use this instead of any of those silly color changing apps that are supposed to block blue light or whatever. Darkening your screen will help far more than changing its color if you are trying to reduce eyestrain or prevent light from keeping you awake. This app was good; however, it stopped working properly once my phone updated to Android 12. I'm not actually sure if it was the update or something that broke once I paid for it. I had to refund it because of how useless it became, same issue that many others have reported, where once activated, you can no longer touch anything "underneath".

There's a small ad that shows at the bottom of your screen when you adjust the brightness but it's very ignorable and it works well. My only issue is when I open my phone's menu the dim doesn't apply. But regardless, I'd still recommend it to a friend!

It gives you so much more control than bright or off -- I use it every night to adjust my screen to a comfortable level. Excellent app for light sensitive folks! My only wish is that my notifications weren't excluded; it's unpleasant to get a bright box if I need to open them.

Honestly WAS the best dimmer. Used it constantly at night until recently once you open the app to darken it won't let you interact with anything else anymore. This is the DARKEST dimmer yet. Quick access to the control panel. So simple and good until the recent update to Android must've effed it up. Please fix it! I need this!
