I paid my road tax fee earlier and it still processing. Wasting my time waiting for my road tax. Might as well go to the government and do it there at least it will be faster.

1st time use this apps.so dissappointed. Several time call hotline and wait for long time but no answer.several time sent email i didnt get feedback yet.and i still didnt receive my order.

Beware! Dubious App. It seems to suggest that the app asks for personal data to be provided in connection with applications/services claimed to be available for online submissions but request is not capable of being accepted by agencies for processing.

Very slow service and delivery take 2 month to accomplish service @ renew road tax.Why send to document to from HQ to branch and then branch to costumer via registered mail ( safety but take 30 days working for delivery).Why we pay more for postage not thru third party.

If can put zero star i put it but the lowest is 1 star. The apps is trash. I never make the acc but the apps told me that my email has been used. I tried other email still same.

whatever it is, NEVER renew your roadtax or lisence with MYEG. you need to pay extra for online renewal and they may took more than 3 months to deliver, whereas it's just a few minutes business at Poslaju or JPJ counter.

Only roadtax renewal is Poor service! Roadtax renewal apply on 24 march.Up to now no updates.Even email them not respond from myeg. Then rest service i experianced they delivery perespectively.Please respond any email text.Unless that is not clear status.
