App is ok very slow thou, but system is terrible. When Bug becames one of best features of app then you "FIX" it. Together with leadership decisions and absolut lack of any optimazation and inability to solve the most basic issues, while swipe option for incoming messages that are no better then spam mails, with text "Help, ton of work" is broken you solve problem that wasn't there, end create new ones for existing problems. I hate this update. Last version was bad but better.

Can you show if the customer left a tip before the order is delivered? If I have to climb 4 flights of stairs, I would do it much happier knowing the person left a tip in the app. Right now tipping is broken and does not serve it's purpose. Also, voice command "call the customer would be amazing, safety improving and really helpful.

1 star for no green dot (upcoming drop off) Couriers are wasting time because in certain areas or shopping malls you park randomly and later to find out you needed other entrance to exit quicker into right direction. Secondly you could be left stranded with orders that might be really far away and paid in considerably low, such as going around rivers 4-7km for bicycles with a direct line of maybe 3km.. Reason being for that is once you pick up order, support is not able to unsign it anymore..

It's pretty good but could be a bit smoother. It also crashed while I was delivering an order and put me offline when I reopened the app. Also sad that you can't see your ratings... I wanna know if people are happy with my service, and if there are ways I can improve.

When it's working it's ok. With latest update the music on the phone stops. Some features that would be useful for couriers: - To be able to accept an incoming order with a bluetooth headphone - Telemach in-app chat: to be able to record and send a voice message

The navi is pretty bad. Doesn't show the hot spots that we need to be in, we need to open another app(maps) to navigate and we are set off duty in the process. If you talk to support, it's like bots. They even delete our messages.

With the new update in July 2022, Android app feedback. The left menu button on top which is used to draw the menu is not properly working. Sometimes it works on the first time and sometimes after several pressings.

I like the wolt partner app, 99% because of the awesome support team. Flexibility in working hours is great as well. But again, I suggest the wolt team to add a section for customer review on courier's behaviour. It's very important for them to feedback on how a partner treats customer, and important for them to express themselves. And for the courier to know how their folks see them. To be able to improve ourselves.
