App crashes allot and is not supporting anyone outside USA. Customer support hasn't got back to me after 2 days of me raising a concern. I would not recommend this app to anyone unless they fix their issues

Updated: Worst customer service department I have ever experienced, and that is really saying something these days. Deleting, removing all information, and highly recommending you find a better app to use. Great idea, terrible employees.

Lots of potential but very unstable app. Doesn't seem to be maintained very well which is too bad seeing as this is exactly what many of us need. Edit..... After being forced into paying to still access my collection I receive nothing but error when trying to search cards.........update edit jan23......latest update has nearly killed the app and created massive amounts of lag. Practically unusable now and is spotty on card id still.

This app is dumb I can't scan anything without it saying " card not found" and then when it does give me a scan it's incorrect! I scanned a bear pokemon and it gave me a evee!

Best card scanning app, I have had minor issues and have spoken to their support team. They always respond quickly and have helped me out and even added cards I have that aren't in their database. Being a Pro user you get lots of discounts from various stores, priority chat support to resolve issues, and you can export your collection to easily find cards you are missing in a set.

The search function and sorting options are just horrendous. No matter what I type in, I get 1000+ results. Would be nice to be able to sort by year, manufactorer, set, etc. I don't want to sort through 10,000 cards every time I search for a card. Scan function has yet to pick up a single card i've tried to enter in.

Needs bug fixes, I like this app about as much as I like cardbase but I hate that I have to pay to get unlimited scans, I also wish you could change the pricing on the cards if you see them listed in other apps or places online for more than what this app found. I feel like to get a decent feel for the cost of a card I have I need to check several apps at the same time. I just wish it had a wider value range.
