I think it makes it a lot harder to look for jobs and search what you want, since you only have the "swipe" action, as if this is a dating site. I like the way indeed does it a lot better. Type in what you're looking for, and find things along those lines, and if you don't want it, you don't even have to click on it. And monster instantly takes you to the website to apply, and I don't like that. I'd rather do all apps as soon as I can, without that option, and take time to do others on website, but you don't really have that option. Like indeed, just says apply with Indeed resume and that's it. I like indeed better.

Absolutely useless since redesign to look pretty. Saved searches removed. Searches don't work unless very simple at which point they do not bring up the correct jobs. Installed the app sad the web page is now worthless/useless. This is just as bad. Whoever designed and signed off the new application should never be allowed to work on IT again, is that bad.

There job search "AI", is not intelligent at all. I moved from Orlando Florida, to New York over a week ago, and changed my job search settings to the new location, almost immediately, however I still get only job search notifications for Orlando Florida, and 90% of the notifications are irrelevant to my job search. I literally got a job without the use of any "AI" in New York, in 6 days without the use of ANY of the multitude of job search sites.

This app is very helpful and convenient. It's very user friendly, can be customized to help you find new job postings, and will keep your job searches well organized. I've been using it for over 13 years, and my account is still active! They obviously know what they're doing. This time they even had an expert resume writer review my resume and propose necessary changes! Things have changed when it comes to finding a job and also how employers find you. Use all the resources Monster has for you.

From the TV commercials, it would seem like a no Brainer and you'll find work fast, but tbh I find indeed works the best so far, this app does not provide me with actual job suggestions that support my title. Also in all the self searching I do on this app 90% of all jobs I find that fit, I'm directed to the site to apply there, very middlemanish and I generally use apps like this to cut that middleman out. I upload a resume to the app so I do not need to go thru that additional hassle.

Having used Tinder before, I am accustomed to this type of layout. I don't think it's ideal for finding a job though. It would be one thing if that was an option, but they really couldn't design an actual list for you to look at? On top of that, I live in Pennsylvania and when I turned on my phone GPS it located me in San Francisco. Guess I'm heading back to my computer to use Monster.

Terrible app. Use any other jobseeker app, they're all better. This app is trying to do something 'different' for a job seeking app, and failing. It's trying to be Tinder for jobs, and it just doesn't work. I simply wanted to look at a list of jobs being offered in a certain country and then read more about the ones that pique my interest. Instead I have to swipe left or right individually on jobs that it suggests, Tinder-style. Uninstalling, and I won't be using their website either now.

App is not the great. I uploaded a new resume and it doesn't automatically fix all the other fields like I thought it would. Why can't all this ship be automated and why do I have to apply to so many jobs and only get one call back and then they never called me back again for a second interview. It needs to be easier to find a new job in an area that you actually want to live in. If you live in a shity area with a shity job, you can get trapped there. It's a whole trip and you can get trapped. D

By far worst job app I've used .Why? 1.There are absolutely NO filters except remote only. 2 NO Sort by distance, post date, type, pay, revelance. Heck,it doesn't list pay rate at all which is a red flag as a scam. 3. If u select any popular searches like "parttime" it erases the location & lists jobs in all USA unsorted. 4.TOO MANY ADS, 10 ads in 1st 20 listings, all for Uber, even after I clicked the dislike icon. App is unusable. MONSTER, hire a coder to make a real app.A amateur can do betta
