Worst experience with this app! Fraud smytten App is When I ordered placed Mama Earth products all buy one get one free before ordering it's clearly shown buy one get one free when I order in that's product one face wash shown before order placed I have checked already buy my order placed smytten given me only 4 % off for that product In Amazon and Flipkart their is 25% off so why should I order with smytten Second thing in my wallet it's showing my 199 Rs minus but they make me fool it's showing but in total amount not given.

Worst experience with this app, I had ordered an order, there was an item missing in it, when I complained, a message came from the app that you will get 30 rupees return but it has been 1 month till now.And on complaint, it is said that it has come from our side, you should check your account but have come to me yet. Sometimes the order does not arrive and the money is also not returned.

I ordered something of amount ₹258 and it was pre paid and the app said it was delivered to my address.....but I didn't receive any , so I texted them through WhatsApp and they're not doing anything....the delivery boy hasn't even called or texted my even for once. I'm telling u guys this app is a scam .

SCAM! They delivered my trial order safely and when I ordered from shop orders they delivered wrong order. No customer care number. They will refund money in your bank account but will not ask bank details?! They will ask for paytm or google pay instead. Terrible service! TOTAL SCAM ! I did not receive my money. The email and whatsapp help are useless.

The trial products are less in quantity and sometimes expired or defected. The cashback is added to the smytten wallet and it expires in 30 days. So this compels the customer to order within 30 days in the hope of using the ₹235 to get a product but the entire amount of ₹235 can never be used for a single product lol.

Not so good experience. Provide half info. And have strong marketing strategy which bind hands and brain with this app. They donot refund any amount and at last, deduct only 10 percent on amount of further purchase product amount not the fully in one go . Also not redeeming any bucks easily.
