Like this app, however, the videos are horrible!! They show the ground instead of what is happening!!! Also, the alerts don't happen all the time! There was a shooting at Cub on Clarence St and there was NO CITIZEN ALERT!! I'm a couple of blocks from there and there WAS NO ALERT!!

The ai transcripts need some work. Interface is a bit confusing in terms of what shows on the map (and map needs filter options). The app has a lot of potential but won't pay until the basics are there

The non paid version use to at least tell you what was going on or is there is an offender in your area. Now it has a blurred picture and has the dispatcher stopping before telling anything that is going on. Not helpful anymore. I was paying for it, but people around me were getting info first so I deleted it.

Money grab. Annoying. To much money for full app. Events very delayed to app. 5 second scanner preview isn't enough to hear what's going on. Limited to last 24hrs for events. Lots of pop-ups to remind you to pay for premium.

It waaaas a decent app, now they want you to pay for everything with this premium offer. Constant alerts and when you click to view its sign up for premium alerts with a fee. Forget it. Deleted it.

Will be uninstalling. It was great until there were subscription fees. It's very disappointing that you can't be fully aware of what's going on in your neighourhood or elsewhere unless you pay. How is that helpful? A person's safety and well-being are what's most important. I'm sure there are other ways to get funding. 'Twas nice whilst it lasted...

Is an interesting app, but the price is too high to get the premium subscription, and the free version is so restricted (even to control notifications) that, at the end, people decide to remove the app

This app is trash. I used to use this app casually because it was free. But now it will force you to connect your google pay account to do anything and you will find that it starts taking $19.99 for a premium subscription. I uninstalled the app same day and just caught the transaction. If you want to see any crimes occurring around you, look no further than this apps UI.

Unless you upgrade and PAY for this app, you may not see most of what is going on around you. Getting notified up to 24 hours after an incident is hardly beneficial for citizens to be aware of what may be happening in their neighborhood and what they may need to do to avoid certain areas. Also, why do I get citizen alerts from NY and other areas not in my state or city?
